Roof Deck Water Feature

This Stack Rock Group designed water feature sits on the third floor roof deck of the Boise Downtown/City Center Residence Inn by Marriott overlooking downtown Boise surrounded by ample seating and two outdoor fireplaces.⠀

Water features (like this one!) on a roof deck helps buffer traffic noise, creates a more natural feeling environment, attracts tourists, and provides a beautiful backdrop for weddings and other events.⠀

Pennbridge opened the 185-room, 10-story Marriott Residence Inn in October of 2017. Located in Downtown Boise, ID, the hotel benefits from high visibility with its location at the epicenter of downtown Boise’s main thoroughfares and is easily walkable to Boise’s leisure hotspots and business center. The hotel features a modern design with all-suite guestrooms and fully equipped kitchens in each. In addition to the various amenities that the hotel provides, all guestroom suites consist of separate living and sleeping areas where guests can both work and relax. The hotel boasts a bar/restaurant, pre-function and conference space, 10th floor executive meeting space, a 4,000 square foot roof deck and two stories of interior parking. The hotel is a destination for both short and long-term travelers seeking a place to work, rest, and explore all that Boise has to offer. Pennbridge partnered with US Bank for the project’s construction loan. Pennbridge Lodging manages the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
